• Obamacare

    I think that Obamacare is an egregious piece of legislation.  I would have filed suit against the federal government if I had been Attorney General when the law passed, and I will certainly fight it if I am elected Attorney General.  This law threatens our fundamental individual liberties.

  • Second Amendment

    I support the Second Amendment and would defend it as Attorney General. I am a military veteran and a gun owner.

  • Immigration

    I support Arizona's law and would support a similar law if passed in GA. The Arizona law simply states that law enforcement officials can ask about citizenship if they are in the process of conducting a legitimate inquiry based on reasonable suspicion of criminal activity by the individual being questioned.

  • Abortion

    I am pro life and was the first Attorney General candidate to receive the GA Right to Life Endorsement.
